The Utrecht Gender Dysphoria Scale – Gender Spectrum (UGDS-GS), revised by McGuire et al. (2020), is an 18-item measure of gender dysphoria designed with gender-neutral language suitable for individuals of all gender identities.

Two Dimensions

1. Gender Dysphoria (14 items): Distress related to the incongruence between assigned sex at birth and gender identity 2. Gender Affirmation (4 items): Positive feelings related to gender expression and recognition of one's gender identity
