How are you really doing - across all dimensions of mental health? The SCL-90 covers 90 symptoms across 9 domains: somatization, OCD, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, and psychoticism. About 15-20 minutes. Broad psychological symptom assessment, not a targeted diagnostic tool.

The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), developed by Derogatis and colleagues (1973), is a 90-item self-report inventory assessing a broad range of psychological symptoms across 9 dimensions: Somatization, Obsessive-Compulsive, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Depression, Anxiety, Hostility, Phobic Anxiety, Paranoid Ideation, and Psychoticism. Items are rated on a 5-point distress scale. The SCL-90 is one of the most widely used mental health screening instruments globally, providing three global indices including the Global Severity Index (GSI).
